Moreton Bay businesses are invited to tap into the innovation ecosystem at the city’s newest co-working space at UniSCMoreton Bay.
The University of the Sunshine Coast’s modern Moreton Bay campus, supported by City of Moreton Bay Council has launched a custom-built co-working space that will allow businesses to base their operations alongside research leaders and the next wave of skilled university graduates.
The space coincides with a major campus expansion, with three new buildings set to open in April.

GovHack 2022 saw teams from across Australia collaborate and compete against one another (and teams from other countries) to make the most of open government data.
Moreton Bay, in their second year of participation, had a great performance and saw local teams bring home 4 wins, 3 runners up, and 4 honourable mentions. The Moreton Bay Regional Council even won an award itself, for its active involvement in the competition.

Australian researchers will aim to "reimagine intelligence" and transform how humans and robots work together as part of a $12 million CSIRO projects.
The newly launched $12 million Collaborative Intelligence (CINTEL) Future Science Platform, part of CSIRO’s Future Sciences Platforms portfolio, aims to research new and emerging technologies for Australia.
The platform aims to move beyond machines replacing people or automating their jobs, and instead strives to create teams to maximise the benefits of human and machine intelligence.
