Expressions of Interest Open for Advance Queensland's Forward Fest Delegation

Advance Queensland is supporting 20 eligible Queensland innovators, ecosystem enablers, and entrepreneurs to attend this premier business festival.

Forward Fest 2024 is a dynamic three-day event that brings together local businesses, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, government representatives, and delegates from across the state, nation, and globe. Under the theme "Thriving in Paradise," the festival will celebrate our vibrant ecosystem and highlight our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and meaningful connections.

This festival is your chance to expand your network, propel your business forward, and celebrate in style, showcasing the Sunshine Coast’s potential to lead Australia's emerging industries through its talent, infrastructure, and natural resources.

Advance Queensland is offering support to 20 Queensland innovators and ecosystem enablers to attend this year’s festival on the Sunshine Coast. Successful applicants will be able to attend the first two days in person, subject to government restrictions.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Be a business, social enterprise, start-up, or ecosystem builder headquartered in Queensland as of April 2024.
• Possess an Australian Business Number (ABN).
• Have no more than 100 full-time equivalent employees.
• Not be a subsidiary of a group with more than 100 full-time equivalent employees.
• Only one application per ABN or financial beneficiary of a business.
• Focus on embedding innovation and entrepreneurial business models, products/services, or building the regional innovation ecosystem.

Please note: Advance Queensland's support covers the basic festival ticket only. Successful applicants will be responsible for other costs such as travel and accommodation.
