Millovate is activating a 65ha greenfield site to deliver a landmark destination it says will redefine the Moreton Bay region—The Mill at Moreton Bay.
The site is near south-east Queensland’s remarkable D’Aguilar mountain range and subtropical rainforest, stunning Moreton Bay, the Sunshine Coast and its hinterland and airport, and Brisbane’s central business district, airports, port and road network.
Millovate Chair Nigel Chamier said that “working with the Moreton Bay Regional Council, Millovate is managing the development and activation of the council-owned land within The Mill at Moreton Bay Priority Development Area (PDA), and we are supporting the council’s focus to retain, rehabilitate and enhance the region’s natural habitat, including 110ha of green space.”
Aligning the council’s vision to elevate the region economically by diversification of investment attraction, Millovate successfully engaged regional interest from advanced manufacturers considering locating at The Mill at Moreton Bay.
Millovate is now extending the opportunity to national advanced manufacturers (robotics, medical technologies, microelectronics, Information Technology, pharmaceuticals, food processing, through to textiles, plastics and renewable energies).
